DeafCAN! has an education, outreach, and case management contract to serve D/HOH individuals and families in Chester County. DeafCAN! has a case management and outreach contract to serve D/HOH individuals and families in Delaware County. We reach out and find people in need, connect them with appropriate resources and, when needed, team with other providers to help.   We are available to meet with individuals, families or providers related to challenges faced by or with D/HOH people.

Our Chester County contract is with the Department of Human Services.

Our Delaware County contract is with their Department of Behavioral Health.

DeafCAN! has a separate contract to provide literacy and communication classes for Deaf workers at Handi-Crafters.
